The KFU8-FSSP-1.D is an industrial signal converter designed to measure, display, and convert periodic signals (frequency or rotational speed) into proportional analog voltage/current outputs or scaled digital pulse outputs. It is widely used for monitoring rotating machinery, processing encoder signals, and integrating frequency-based measurements into process control systems.

Operation

  • Uses cycle (period) measurement for high accuracy
     
  • Internal microcontroller calculates frequency or speed and generates proportional analog output via DAC
     
  • Special mode for rotational speed measurement with configurable pulses-per-revolution (1–1200) to display true RPM
     
  • Configurable measurement range final value for scaling analog output
     
  • Supports both frequency (Hz) and speed (min⁻¹) display modes
