   IRD811 is an Analog Vibration Meter cum Spike Energy Detector. It can be used to measure Vibration Amplitude in terms of Displacement, Velocity and Acceleration. It is also able to help assess anti-friction bearing condition via measurement of Spike Energy.

  • Dual-role instrument for machinery maintenance.
     
  • Used for periodic vibration checks to detect unbalance, misalignment, looseness, cavitation, rubs, and gear/bearing defects.
     
  • Includes IRD Spike Energy™ (gSE™) detection circuit for early identification of bearing wear, cracks, micro-spalls, and lubrication issues.
     
  • Analog meter display allows visualization of transient issues that digital meters may miss.
     
  • With optional Fish Tail accessory, it can perform absolute shaft vibration measurements.
